Gallery Talk

July 20  3:00 – 4:15am

The current exhibition Culver at al is a celebration of Michael Culver’s dynamic paintings and his latest achievement: the publication of the fascinating new book Sparring in the Dark – The Art and Life of Maine Painter Henry Strater.  The talk by Cordula Mathias is in form of a walk-through where Culver’s work is compared to the other ten artists and where we consider different media and approaches. Questions and comments are welcome.  The event is free and open to the public.
